Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Please note:
- processing time is separate from shipping transit time;
- orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day;
- high-volume sales, launches, severe weather, carrier delays, customs delays, and address issues may slow fulfillment or delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Domestics U.S. (Excluding offshore states/territories)
Service is limited to the U.S. mainland, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore insular areas (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- Domestic standard shipping estimate: 3–7 business days
- Domestic expedited shipping estimate: 1–3 business days
These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we clearly say otherwise in writing.
Transit times begin after the order ships, not when the order is placed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address used at checkout.
That email will usually include:
- the carrier name;
- your tracking number;
- a tracking link, if available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at service@beautyofpapers.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot promise changes after your order has been submitted or once it has entered processing.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or extra shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply unless we clearly state at checkout that these costs are prepaid.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the original estimate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or if the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, please contact us at service@beautyofpapers.com with your:
- order number;
- full name;
- shipping address;
- tracking number.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:
- check around your delivery location;
- ask household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or building management;
- contact the carrier to open a trace or delivery investigation.
If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, please send us the result of that investigation and we will review next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email service@beautyofpapers.com and include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the item and packaging;
- a short description of the problem.
If we confirm the item was damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, delivery refusal, repeated failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees from your refund, to the extent allowed by law.
If you want us to reship the order, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Delays
We only advertise shipping and processing timeframes that we reasonably believe we can meet.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe we stated, we may contact you with an updated estimate and, where required by law, offer you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
